This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Serevia are processed, dispatched and delivered. We invite you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping information. Processing time does not include delivery time. We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order due to stock availability, payment issues or necessary verifications.

2. Delivery Areas We currently deliver to selected countries and regions. Available destinations are displayed at checkout. If your address is not available, delivery to your area is not yet supported.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • The shipping method selected
  • Carrier availability

Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The delivery destination
  • The weight and dimensions of the order
  • The shipping method selected

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Order Tracking Where available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges set by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us for this reason, additional redelivery charges may apply.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@myserevia.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to open an investigation, however we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the order has been dispatched.

9. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery providing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your right to a replacement or refund.

10. Refused or Uncollected Parcels If an order is refused or not collected by the customer and is returned to us:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Any additional return or redelivery costs may be deducted from the refund
